My laptop froze & I couldn't get it unfrozen. Had to take it in. Last time this happened I took it to the same place we use at work. Cost me $200 and took a week to do it. This time I went somewhere else. Was ready the next day, cost $50 and he updated all my software for free. I'm happy.

Ran into laptop troubles. It froze up & had to get someone to unfreeze it. Last time this happened it cost $200 to fix. So I had to wait until I had the funds. This time I was prepared for the big bill but this new guy was only $50. Yippy skippy I now have $150 to play with!!! Oh wait, bank called I'm overdrawn by $296. Sigh. Such is life. But I've got my laptop back so I'm happy. 🐒
