Yes if you are on meds our mouth get very dry, water with lemon in it. Things with sugar make it worse. Watermelon helps. Praying for you.
Thanks fruitsofspirit for responding. I am on meds. I take 30 mg or Remeron (Mirtazapine). I took this med last year and weaned off but now back on it again. I just don’t remember having such a dry mouth and the burning mouth syndrome that comes and goes. So frustrating . I will try the lemon in my water, thanks again
The only time I got burning taking baby aspirin. But on the mirt... My mouth acids taste, feeling. I'm off it just realized haven't had it. It wasn't helping me at all. It might be the mirt.... Tell ur Dr. How u doing? It's a day by day for me but as long as I stay close to the Lord, get through the day. Praying for you. PM me anytime. Sometimes it takes me time to catch up. These days I'm like a turtle, but probably faster. Pray ur day be good.
When I had anxiety I had bad dry mouth and I wasn't even taking meds which can make it worse. Anxiety makes you hyperactive to slight changes in your body along with all the other weird feelings.
Agreed. I can't get my daughter to understand stand that. To wake up I have to be alone before being around anyone.
I do too. I find myself drinking a lot of water and then going to the bathroom.
They also have me on meds for high blood pressure that causes me to have to go a lot too. Don't know why I'm even on them they aren't working to lower. So that why I want to get some exercise in, my right leg keeps turning purple. And it cuz pain. Sucking on ricola, lemon in water, frozen fruit popsicles. Frozen fruit slushy. Been having trouble wanting to eat so this way getting something good in me. Need to go shopping but can't drive on meds and it seems to be a burden to ask others to. Get it figured out some how.
Yes get a very dry mouth with anxiety. I find chewing gum helps a lot
Yes, I drink tons of water. I sometimes also have a roll of Life Savers handy
Long time ago I was told lemon drop. I just put lemon in my water. Sugar stuff makes it worse.
I'm constantly sipping non alcoholic drinks due to my mouth being dry but I believe it could be my diabetes as I anxiety levels are low right now.
Can't ur Dr do something for that? I been that way many times I keep on my Dr. Praying u'll have a better day. Love you 💖
