Now available on-demand. A panic attack is the sum of its different symptoms. All too often, people feel so overwhelmed by the overall experience of panic that they don’t see how to break it into its component parts. Training yourself to identify and respond to the various types of symptoms is a powerful way to disarm a panic attack in the moment it occurs, and a way to reduce the likelihood of additional attacks in the future.

ADAA member Dr. Dave Carbonell shows you how to do exactly that. Having a practical plan with which to meet the fearful experience of a panic attack will give you the confidence you need to gradually transform panic attacks from an ongoing threat to an unpleasant memory.
