Hello I’m new here , my name is Daniel I am 18 and I am looking for if anyone here offers mental health zoom meetings or soemthing. I really oppose to counselling but I need something to help me through when I am starting to struggle with my mental health. I am not entirely sure what I am struggling with to begin with I just know I am struggling and I need help with how to help myself with my own mental health

I always got the sense that this place was more for discussion between like minds more than a way to approach professionals for their services.

Whatever is making it difficult for you to seek professional help, please know that it is a wise, useful thing to seek out. If you want to better your mental health it might be tremendously helpful to have a professional there along the way.

In the meantime, this place has a lot of friendly, positive folk with helpful advice or you could just commiserate.
