Does anyone else get randomly depressed even when you are having fun?

Like I'm out with friends having fun at a theme park. Then randomly bad thought come to my head and I feel depressed all of a sudden. Or maybe one bad thing will happen and it will take over your mind.

Yes that happens to me sometimes I get random bad thoughts that make me sad .

Yes I get this! This happens more than I would like it to. It's like a switch I can't control and causes sadness, loneliness, and other feelings randomly.

Hi Burgersmuch,

It happens to me quite often. I think it’s a pretty common thing for everyone. I just tend to make it a big deal cause of my overthinking anxiety. But it’s not too bad.

They’re just random thoughts that one should just watch pass by. At the end they’re just thoughts and nothing else.
