Are we questioning are are sanity?

Sometimes when we become ill whether it becomes our mental or physical side we start doubting ourselves, and those we trust, especially in these times of covid,I have had a few problems recently, and have ended up having to use the NHS 111 service, but was left in little doubt its system is perhaps not the ideal backup service for those in need, its more of box ticking exercise,which is more than trying to get through to the doctors getting a telephone consultation with the receptionist! However the following day I managed to get one, and my doctor said oh I seen you've been up to A&E,er no,boy, and you wonder why people are getting upset with long term health conditions,fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, yes I'm a creaking gate, unfortunately I'm one of those who have a certain health condition but this condition has been dormant, and this time I went straight up to A&E ,and I ended up having another general anaesthetic, and unfortunately had another surgery 2 days later, and discharged after 5 days,and I'm still recovering with wounds that are struggling to heal due to their delicate area of surgery,we all want to get better, but, we seem to be left to our own devices,I read many people's stories, and I wonder how long this can continue,it seems that society is struggling at the moment,and I don't have the answers, but I wish you all better health over the coming months, and hopefully a bit of summer sunshine comes your way.
