That’s definitely your anxiety causing all of those symptoms. I’m the same way when I get anxious or panicky I get all of those symptoms. I just had a panic attack a few hours ago and have been battling bad anxiety the last few weeks. The only advice I can give is to try and recognize when you begin to feel those feelings of anxiousness so that you can work through them. Try and figure out what can help calm you. Whether it’s praying, reading a book, listening to music, or calling a friend, the quicker you focus on something else, the quicker those feelings of panic will begin to subside. It’s easier said than done but I’ve learned to allow myself a little bit of panic but to also figure out how to calm myself down because a lot of the feeling we feel are in our heads and exacerbated by the adrenaline and cortisol running through us. The mind is a truly powerful thing and it can do more harm than good when we’re in those situations
