Ménière’s disease and anxiety

Hi, I have Ménière’s disease which affects my balance and hearing. I have vertigo and am on treatment but am very low due to the uncertainty it brings. Does anyone else have this and the anxiety and depression? Looking forward to hearing from anyone who does as I know how much support is needed and sure I can offer some back x

I was diagnosed with Meneires 15 years ago after some vettigo spells but they passed. They were organic not caused by anxiety. I still feel slightly unsteady walking due to a residual balance problem but I use a cain when walking which helps a lot. Time is a great healer with Meneires.
