Does anyone believe in superstition?
I’m 50/50 in believe things happened because of something you did.
For example I feel like I’m suffering from anxiety and depression because of something I did in my past that is now hunting me in this form.
Sort of like Karma.
If this is the case. I think I’ve suffered enough and I’ve been a better person now. I really hope things will look better for me in the future.
I feel like we did our time if not more than enough. But we should see better times ahead.
Yeah I was thinking the exact same thing.I’m sure after lockdown we can put all this behind us.
But it definitely cause a lot of mental burden for a lot of people.
Karma is very forgiving. I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t.❤️🏄♀️
If you believe you are being punished for something you did in the past that is troubling. Did you in fact do anything? If you know why you feel guilty speak to a therapist about it. Insensitive/cruel/remote/critical parents can make a child feel like they are doing something wrong. The child then carries this guilt through life in the form of anxiety and depression.
Unless you have committed a major crime you are not being punished. The ones who made you feel inadequate are the ones who should be punished.
Maybe its not about punishment. Maybe its about learning a lesson.
