Many people suffering with depression/and anxiety may have many negative thoughts. A way of altering those thoughts is by thinking more NEUTRAL. A certain Trevor Moawad has written a book on the subject for anyone who might be interested. It is titled: IT TAKES WHAT IT TAKES - How To Think Neutrally and Gain Control. x

Maybe if you read the book you would feel less scared and the panic attacks would stop.

Jay, great idea...I found hypnotherapy beneficial and use it everyday with my meditation. :) xx
