Hello FiddleStix26 life can seem overwhelming at times at present with the lockdown or self worth anxiety can drain energy and outlook if you take small steps to adjust you're inner calamity's of self worth or feeling of negativity or in the shadows which sometimes take hold and cause us to feel uncertain about life or the future rising above self conscious doubt or outcomes is a task of rearranging limited belief habits that clutter possibilities reclaiming perspective changing shift of focus what you hope to achieve in you're interests or labours need not be a task with out self awareness setting intents small steps of interests or achievements and aspirations developing positive traits of who you are as a person reflective able and worthy of manifesting feeling empowered clarity working through the process good purposeful communication self empathy goodness concentration keeping self motivated with your Goals dreams being thankful for the relations of self being the environment a walk or activity talking to like minded people inclusion of activation of mindfulness and spirit something that keep you busy or happy jubilation joy

Hi, Welcome to the group. I also have difficulty making friends. Over the years, some friends have gone by the wayside because they just stopped contacting me. We all need friends, so I keep reaching out. I am focusing on developing friendships with people that are in recovery. Relationships with people that are too dysfunctional is a negative thing.
