I used to get real anxiety about a lot of things. I’ve had several therapy treatments and one of them was for ocd. I managed to find a therapist who was good - that I clicked with. Speak with your gp or better you can self refer, which is what I did. IPAT, I think it’s called? It can take years to get there. Also try breathing excises.
I really need therapy and stuff like that. I can't do breathing exercises as I am having trouble with breathing at the moment. I have been taken off my antidepressants, to see if they are affecting my breathing.
Breathing excises takes time to adjust- have a look on YouTube for meditation sessions and guidelines. Breathing from your stomach and exhale out counting to 8. The longer you exhale the greater to calm your nerves. Take your time with it. Even five minutes a day will help with your well-being.
