I have pain in my lower back. No one really knows where it's coming from so they're going to start injections and then I don't know. I'm scared and lack faith and anxiety is high. Don't know how to deal with this.

Dancer, I'm so sorry for the pain you are in. Who will be administering the injections

your doctor or a chiropractor?? I wish you better days ahead. :) xx

The spine doctor. This has gone on for so long. Finally did mri which showed labrum tear. But since I don't have textbook symptoms they want yo rule out other things. I'm panicking I'm never going to feel good again. I'm just so scared. It may be just my brain spinning. I gate this

Dancer, I know you are scared but please put your trust in the Spine Doctor's hands.

I'm glad you are seeing a specialist. Remember that pain is not only a physical issue but

a mental one as well. Try to keep your thoughts positive. I will keep you in mine. Please let me know how you do. Good Luck :) xx

I am sorry that you are dealing with such pain. I have been diagnosed with Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, which causes a lot of back pain and Sciatica-like symptoms. I had many sessions of Physica Therapy and it gets better sometimes but it also gets bad frequently so my orthopedist recommended back injections next time I visit. Many people say it does help and they do see improvement. I hope you feel better soon.

Peace Dancer. My husband have had injections for his back a couple of times in his life and both times have been very successful. The first time they gave him relif for five years and now we are going on year 4 so far. I will be praying for you that all will go well and that the injections will bring the relief you seek. Just be aware ,often the first injection doesn't bring much change but shortly after the second one the relief comes. Both times my husband had to get two injections.Hugs.

Currently you're under a doctor/specialist , so just do as they ask you to do & if it all works out then great if not !!! You can back to these so called specially trained people & complain & ask them to fix their mistake. I learned the hard way of not doing as directed but now I do everything I'm told to do & I've warned my doctor that if what they suggest doesn't work I will come back & get him to fix things . I wish you fast healing in your future .
