Anxiety, panic attacks, and new to this

I have been so frustrated with this whole process. I'm hoping this forum will help me get the much needed support I've been looking for.

I don't have PTSD or panic attacks, but I do have GAD, dysthymia and spikes of severe depression. We've got some overlap. What is the frustration you mentioned, and what process?

I’m frustrated with medication and the availability of the physiatrist... I have so many questions and my regular doctor won’t answer them and it’s next to impossible to ask my physiatrist. They send me to call my therapist and all they can say is I know this is frustrating

Are you able to move on to a different psychiatrist?
