Anxiety disorder symptoms since 1 year please someone tell me all the symptoms

My symptoms are shaking, face itch, racing heart rate brain fog confusion.

Shaky hands, zoning out, nausea, shivering, diarrhea, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, heart racing, indigestion, sweating, hyperventilating, fatigue. Those are some of my symptoms I get.

I want to stop taking my medication and see if therapy has worked i want to see if there are any sudden changes without medication 😁

Hey, I've been combating anxiety for more than 3 years now. I get so anxious, uncomfortable, restless. I feel shortness of breathing and I panic alot. Even I also suffer shortness of breath e and panic a lot does anxiety really cause shortness of breath e for years

My anxiety is in my stomach most often.

I've had anxiety attacks since I was a young girl. Panic attacks I had for about 3 years.

I have had a lot of therapy and I do take medication.

I still have anxiety problems but not as frequently and I haven't had a panic attack in 2 years

Short of breath, lack of focus, sweats, restless, nausea, dry heaves, dizzy, feeling faint, leg and arm numbness and tingling

After the attack was over I felt exhausted. Like I had just been hit by a bus

I can differentiate panic versus anxietyPanic is more extreme
