Friends / Coworker

I am worried no surprise there really ( just a little humor), but I am worried lately I got cellulitis and yesterday I freaked out. I went to the Urgent Care on Thursday for a diagnosis and my coworker / friend “ Your going to be there on Friday right?”. Well I didn’t know it was cellulitis. So I had to take the other day off so it could heal that was last Friday.Now me being me I was having trouble breathing so I went to the ER scared to death I got something worse. ( it wasn’t I might have strep or sinusitis ) I keep bailing on her at work and I want make it up to her. I don’t like to hear “ I am used to it” because of my hypochondria and my low immune system. Though at least I have accepted I am a hypochondriac and a people pleaser. I just hate doing this to my bestie. Then I have another friend that keeps inviting me places but I can’t go except to my low immune system because I am terrified of COVID-19. Both people mean a lot to me. I just don’t know what to do...
