Hi everyone! How are you all? I was wondering if anyone is (or has been) unemployed or not in school and could give some advice on how to structure my days? I recently decided to take a gap semester so I have some months to focus on my mental health. As some of you may know, waking up and getting out of bed at a reasonable time is a challenge for me. I often find myself in bed sleeping till 2pm and watching Netflix/ruminating on negative thoughts until I fall asleep around 3am. If anyone has a sample daily schedule they used to help them get better, that would be much appreciated!!
