Do we ever really heal or is time and distance just a distraction?

I actually love ur questions, they are somehow thought after. They definately do say time heals but now that u have mentioned distance and distraction, u got me there. But there is a big connection between these two Or should I say they work together. Distancing oneself from the one who you love be it a choice or a coincident, makes one think about what is in the now if there is a distraction. On the other hand, they say even if u are busy, u can't forget the one you love. What I know is that if you have been hurt long enough and you find another, you do eventually forget so distraction might be it as well.
