its not like that it is hard to swallow but i dont eat lunch only at 7am and 6pm
The long waits for doctor appointments are very very difficult. You might consider going to an urgent care center. Not all of them have doctors; some just have nurse practitioners. Go to one with a doctor. If covid were not a concern, I might also suggest the emergency room.
