How are you dealing with the loss of your husband ? It was very recent... (I don’t want to try to diagnose, but could you be thinking about this to avoid thinking about your loss? I have experienced this kind of thinking, though not related to such a heavy loss)

I’m sorry to hear that there are so many factors causing stress at the same time. Remember, you are a very strong person to have made it this far.. Do you have the possibility to meet friends once in a while ? I know the situation is incredibly complicated in the UK..

Oh that’s rough !! I am living in France at the moment (not an English speaking soul in sight) so I completely understand your situation.. I hope you’re eating well and taking care of your physical health..

I al glad to hear that you take care of your physical health. I made a few friends while working, but they are in the parisienne region. I try to meet my neighbours from time to time, thanks for asking.

I’m so sorry for your loss 😢. I have severe anxiety over Covid, I’m 42 but have a few underlying conditions and am TERRIFIED of getting it. I stay home all the time but sadly my boyfriend works outside them home doing construction work and I’m scared he will pick it up there. It’s so bad that he’s been sleeping in another bed and I haven’t kissed him in 10 months. I feel so bad for him but my health has to be number 1! I live in Canada and have very bad asthma and can’t be outside if there is a breeze, let alone -35 degree weather. Is there a hobby you can do or learn? Chat with friends/family over the phone? Do you have a pet?

Sorry to hear about ur loss. The sad part is that this Covid is scarring everyone and for those who have passed on bcz of it, evertime it is talked about you will always remember. We are here for you tho if u need a listening ear
