U know u can always shout out but why are you having the worst day? Depression does make one feel like that, so what is it friend?

Know you’re not alone and that your brain is likely playing a nasty trick on you. Your flight or fight instinct may be telling you to take flight, but I’m telling you to fight! I can’t tell you when the grey will lift but read some more posts and they can tell you how to try to lift the grey. If you take flight you’ll just be spreading that grey to people you know and those you don’t who feel you are worthy to feel peace! Best to you!
