Dms not working

My dms are diapearing what do I do! I'm having bad anxiety about this idk what to do!

I'm having a dm issue too for the last week or so. I can receive messages but others cant see my messages. It's annoying. Healthunlocked is trying to find the issue. Other people are having issues too.

Okay! Bc I can only talk to my boyfriend on here. Because he's at his dad's and doesn't have his phone. And I can't see our dms which makes it so hard to respond to him I have to keep exiting and refreshing it's annoying

Maybe try using a computer or laptop when talking to him instead of your phone. I had one person tell me she could get my messages fine when she was on her computer instead of phone. Or maybe it was vice versa.

like I get a message notification and I don’t know who sent it because I have to send a message first and so I always reply everyone that I chat too to make sure
