Remember that suicide doesn't end the chances of life getting worse. It only ends the possibility of life getting any better. I know it's rough right now and it all feels so overwhelming. But there is hope no matter how small it is, even if it's just looking forward to your next cup of coffee. You have value as a human being just remember to be kind to yourself. Life is not a race and it's okay to go at your own pace. Again, you have value. You are enough.
