Question about test

I went to a hospital and got a blood test in December and my thyroid levels were a little low now when i went to a hospital about a week ago they did one and said that my thyroid levels are in normal range can your diet make your thyroid levels fluctuate like that because i wasnt eating anything in December only milkshakes and candies and im a male and 22 yrs old

I have thyroid issue and I think it helps when I take my thyroid pill early in the morning before taking or eating anything for an hour or so.
