fix it- as long as we are working towars the goal - u are doing somehting....not just the touchdown...so to speak---------the goals or whatever maks u want to get out of bed- do it- ur helpin ur family indreidtly- do it for others if u cant do it for urowerfl- altruiwm is not wrong..........find a purpose your depression will reduce and u wil feel empwered..........one mans opino and espereience find someothint or grouop u believe in a purspose..........st judes dav uso et et etc ...........go for it.
