Hi I am new here and have never really went to get help with my health anxiety, but now I can't handle it. My husband is positive to covid and is on day 7. He has is mild no fever, but no taste and smell. He tested on day 5 and so did I, I was negative. So far I have zero symptoms but my anxiety is over the top and I can't control it. Please give me something encouraging.
