How can I get over crying and hurt by my husband sudden death i been married 36 years first time I came back in 15 yrs to uk due to covid couldn't travel then on Mon saw my hu on ph sympton flu on Friday he died I feel sick and alone I have kids but they r dif countries its like a dream and still when I go abroad 8t will be worse because he won't be there waiting for me I have a serious hf and can't stop crying

It’s understandable to cry a lot and I am trying to imagine how you must feel and I’m so sorry. You will be okay. Talk about it like you are, don’t bottle it up. Healing prayers for you ❤️

Thank you for you reply I hope time heals i never expected him to die this covid causes hurt and loss he was in a country where the covid was very low and took care my heart goes out to everyone who has been affected by covid

The crying n hurt will take time BUT u will always have memories (that last forever).Maybe writing down memories in a special book n adding pictures can help u through this tough time.

Yass-I am so, so sorry for the loss of your husband, and the way it happened. My condolences to you and your family.😔 I can't imagine what it feels like. You have to go through the grieving process. Talk to as many people as you can-friends and family, and also talk to us on here because we care.💗 I believe there might be a bereavement group on this site. If not, you can definitely find another. All I can say is I wish you Godspeed on yours and your family's healing process..🙏

I'm so sorry for your loss. Allow yourself time to grieve. It's a process and very individual. Cry, let those tears out. Allow yourself to feel.
