i have a question

who here gets anxiety when they get a bad migraine and they start puking.

I get anxiety with my migraines as well, I feel nauseous too but i don’t end up at the toilet. My go to for the nausea is drinking ginger and lemon tea and this sometimes helps with the migraine itself. But most times I just try to keep myself busy and not concentrate on the anxiety, because that seems to make it worse, Hope this helped a little? Take care
