Tired of Anxiety

Yesterday i went to the ER again for low heart rate my heart rate is constantly under 60 and my eyes feel weird like motion sickness i do play video games all day but its the only thing that helps my anxiety but everytime i go to the ER they say nothing is wrong , the last time i went they said my thyroid levels were low but they never act like its a big deal i thought you could die from a thyroid level being low amd my appointment for a primary care doctor isnt until December 31st i dont know what to do

What do the doctors tell you may be the reasons? And is it a reason to be concerned? If so, they need to figure out why and what to do about it. Around 70 is average. Do you exercise a lot?
