Depressed and isolated

I don't live near friends and have no family. How can I stop dealing depressed and isolation during COVID isolation?

Hi Onamay, it's really tough not being able to enjoy sharing the same social space with others. I like my own company but turns out not THAT much! If your only option is online then maybe just throw yourself into everything you can lay your hands on. I agree with Bigneil1 that here is a good place to chat and share how you feel 💛

When I feel very depressed I don't even care about anything. I don't connect to others and lay on the sofa. I don't just have anxiety but insomnia and depression too. I go days without caring about anything. Nothing gives me pleasure anymore.
