How do you keep motivated when other peoples moods affect you?

Good question, I can definitely relate!!! Sometimes other people can trigger us. It can be hard to know sometimes where you end and another person begins. If you think someone is really triggering you, it makes sense to stay away from them. And it's okay to set some boundaries with certain people. You can't be always giving while someone else just takes. Those are my thoughts about it.

I agree with everything you said! Ultimately, we should not be affected by other's moods or state of mind. That's easier said than done. I try to remember I am the only one who is in charge of my mind/moods/thoughts. To let another dictate how I feel is just, well, wrong.
