I am nervous.it really puts me out of my comfort zone to be so totally away from home.I am just so tired of thinking my mind kinda snapped after a big deep discussion with mom

It's really normal to feel nervous and anxious and we can start to feel like we are going a bit crazy. The feelings of uncertainty are usually the strongest, people like us are always looking for solid ground even though no one can know everything but for us it's really tough 💓 what are you doing to look after yourself?
