Not eating
Water and sugar and salt the basics to get you through this?
Hi Vanessa. Sorry to read that you are still struggling with the symptoms of anxiety. I had a quick look at your previous posts, all of which are to do with stressing over....the symptoms of stress.
You may not realise it but your reaction (fear) to all these symptoms are the reason you are not making any progress. To recover in full, and for all those weird and not so wonderful symptoms to disappear, learn to accept that it is just anxiety and depression making you think and feel that way and resist none of it. Let yourself think and feel all that anxiety has to offer (it feels lousy but completely harmless) and learn not to care so much about them. Be ok about not feeling ok. It is your fear of the symptoms that keep them coming... the classic fear-adrenalin-fear cycle. An anxious mind creates anxious thoughts. You recoil in fear which adds more stress, more anxiety, more symptoms. You end up going round in ever decreasing circles, with no apparent light at the end of the tunnel. Depression comes knocking which adds more stress and anxiety.
Look up Dr Claire Weekes. If you follow her teachings in full, you will recover. If I can recover from severe anxiety and depression, any one can. You just need to understand what is happening to you and why and the books published by Dr Weekes provide all the answers and how to recover in the way I have described above.
If it helps, please take time to read my posts on this forum which are my own experiences during my road to recovery, following Dr Weekes’ teachings. If you learn to fully accept your anxiety and depression, you will recover.

That's awful when the doctors keep you waiting. If eating is hard, have you tried protein shakes? Something to get some nutrition in you.
Do you have a pulse oximeter that checks your oxygen level. If you can see your oxygen level is good, it may decrease your anxiety. You can order one off Amazon. I have had episodes of really bad anxiety and I check my vital signs at home. If everything looks good, I tell my self you are ok, I do some deep breathing and imagine something comfy. It takes practice. I hope this helps.
Hi, sad to hear that you are going through this. Try to stay active. Exercise is a great help. Being with friends and family that are positive is a key. Beevee 's post is right on,great advice. You are not alone. God bless and keep us posted.
