My anxiety and depression is the highest its been for a long time, today I've done nothing but cry, my husband isn't being very supportive and I just have 1001 things to do and no time to do it, our little boy was unwell last week and I didn't get much sleep but today I've felt nothing but sick I had really bad stomach this morning when around my husband then as soon as he went to work I've felt fine now its getting to the time where I need to go to bed for work and he will be back im starting to feel sick, any ideas of what I can do to help ??

I’m so sorry you’re feeling so down and overwhelmed. I’ve been there many times before. Would you be able to start with a therapist? They can be a great way to vent and they can give you ideas that you may have never thought of. At home, is there a good way for you to harmlessly escape? Like a good book or taking a little walk to break day? I get not having support at home. It SUCKS when nobody has your back. You feel so exposed and ALONE. But we’re here to help and listen to your concerns. I hope your son is feeling ok.

Oh boy! In no way do I want to step out of line, but what you are saying is concerning. You definitely seem to have a lot on your plate right when you need to think about yourself. If I am right you are saying that when your husband is around your anxiety intensifies? Does he expect to much out of you? Again I don’t want to be out of line. Not having support right is so hard! If you ever need to talk I am here for you!

Hi there, I'm sorry you are feeling this way. That sounds very hard. I also struggle with anxiety and depression. I encourage you to reach out to someone in your life about your struggle. Having support and talking with another person about your mental health can be very helpful. I hope you can find a strong support network if you don't already have one. You are not alone.
