before, I had 1-2 panic attacks every single night (always around 2-4am) and It was durning my sleep. I didn't know why at first but I figured out it was just too much stress and worry.
So I talked with my boyfriend about my worries in our relationship and I finally calmed myself down about Job status. Even though I didn't fix everything I worried about, it was enough to slow it down to every other day, 4 times a week, then once a week, to nothing anymore.
I went around 4 weeks without an attack, till a very triggering talk (from my bf's dad which was shocking) which I did have a panic attack after + an attack that night.
but after that day and my BF aiming my down, I went back to normal sleeping which I'm very grateful for.

yellowbee4, I'm so happy for you. Yes, it is all about addressing the problem. Whether we fix it or just accept it, it can have wondrous results as you are seeing. 3-4am is when the Cortisol levels start going up to prepare us for the day. When we have issues weighing heavy on our mind, it can bring on Panic Attacks from a deep sound sleep.
Now that you have an understanding how and where it comes from, you are on your way to healing completely. Embrace the feeling and sleep well my friend. xx
That's wonderful!!! Happy for you! Sleep is so important
