How do people deal with the feeling that you have a lead weight on your chest when anxious ?

Hey sorry I wish I had something to say I'm kind of new but love to follow this post just to see what others have to say. I don't really think I have that feeling of a lead weight on my chest but the feeling of being enclosed and hard to breathe is a problem for almost everyone on here I would think

hey! i experience this feeling a lot, especially when i’m laying down flat on my back. it would usually cause me to get extremely anxious but i realized it was because i was so hyper focused on that area of my body that it was more noticeable. overtime i started to accept the feeling and stretching seems to help. it really is just a sucky symptom on anxiety and is not a serious issue unless you feel it is!

No I know it’s just another anxiety symptom, haven’t got it yet today, got the shakes and headache this afternoon.Likes to keep me on my toes
