Monday morning heartbreak

Hi

Woke up to nothing in my forex trading account....I stupidly forgot to set my stoploss on my open trade before the market closed on friday....everything is gone, I have to start all over again......I can't even express how I feel. I'm in pain.....its what I do fulltime.......I feel soooo useless .......

And I was happy and hopeful yesterday......I'm still a tiny bit hopeful but I'm not happy at all.

I feels like every time I try to make progress, I hit a brick wall and I'm back to square one.....
