Hello all! I am still living in my car but I have many things to be grateful for and want to share a few things that have really been helping me lately.
For one, I have been doing online CBT therapy which is a great way to challenged some negative thoughts and emotions. Likewise, the journaling has been a great help.
I book I have been reading is called "The power of misfits" by Anna Lemind. Absolutely wonderful and helpful for understanding myself more and the world.
Last thing I want to mention is nutrition. Certain B vitamins have been helping greatly with my mood and stress levels, mainly p5p. I def notice when I eat clean, take certain nutrients, sleep well, and do all the self help stuff, I feel way better despite my circumstances.
