Hi, I'm new here. I joined this group to maybe get some help, and also to share my experiences regarding mental health/depression/anxiety. I also suffer from panic attacks. I know that I am not the only one that goes through and experiences these things, so I have decided to just go for it and share my story, and maybe hearing other stories as well will help me along in my journey.
