I always feel lightheaded and the fact that I can't breathe worries me even more and brings on more panic which is what I hate the most. I constantly wake up or jump up out of my sleep thinking I'm going to black-out again and that fear I can't get rid of, no matter how many times I try to get rid of that thought, it keeps coming back and it worsens my appetite and causes lack of sleep. Any suggestions?

Meditation almost always brings my anxiety down a notch or two. Might be worth a shot to try, if you haven’t already. Feels sort of weird in the beginning, but you get the hang of it. I actually look forward to it now because I have learned that it provides at least some relief. Also, sometimes just the deep breathing calms me down. Not a total cure by any means but I do hope this is helpful for you somehow. Always know that you are not alone, and that we will always be standing right here with you.
