Ive battled anxiety my whole life, pretty much severely. My kids are grown and on their own, my husband is a complete non communicator, and i cant see my friends because of COVID. I have never felt so alone!

Hi Pattiz,I know how you feel. Sometimes I think it might be better to contract Covid then to be so alone. If you want to commiserate give me a shout.

I miss seeing my kids this year at the holidays, I am not staying as busy as usual because of COVID. I have always had anxiety, but depression is a new thing to deal with, I’ve never felt such despair.

My husband is the biggest loser ever!!!! I know what you mean by needing someone to speak to. I spent this morning sitting in an empty parking lot writing poetry. Oh my goodness it was beautiful there
