Trust is progress, temporarily non-action and pausing.

Having a strong belief requires determination, trust and listening to the voice within. Following your inner guidance system and knowing when to take or not to take any action.

Putting your trust in the bigger picture is like adding ingredients into your soup. The bigger picture is like a big cooking pot. Everything gets stirred up, heated up until it’s fully cooked. Like the bigger picture, you need to have the right ingredients all-together.

Trust is progress, temporarily non-action and pausing because the universe will always work behind the scenes. Your life mission is not to figure out the how, it’s to figure out the why because the how comes into the picture when your why is clear. 💕

I self-published my inspirational teaching memoir last year. It’s my personal story suffering from depression, anxiety and how sharing your truth can set you free 🙂.

I didn’t know want to post this hear as I don’t know if it’s allowed. 😉
