I would say I'm not borderline hypochondriac, I would say I'm full blown hypochondriac. And with many real health issues that doesn't make things easier
Thanatophobia is a form of anxiety characterized by a fear of one's own death or the process of dying. It is commonly referred to as death anxiety. Death anxiety is not defined as a distinct disorder, but it may be linked to other depression or anxiety disorders. These include: post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD
I'm pretty sure I have this to an extent. At least my family and boyfriend tell me I do. I have health issues but I always feel like something is up. But I do feel like literal pain and symptoms of things so I dont know. Maybe I'm just a bit crazy or maybe I google things and get in my own head too much 🤣 seeing as I havent dropped dead yet I think that's a good sign right?
