Try to understand what triggers your anxiety and learn how to handle those. Believe in yourself, and do your best. Be honest with yourself and take care of your needs. If you need professional help, go get it! 😂 Don’t let fear prevent you from getting any help you need.
I hope you find what you need, I wish you the best!
Generally just being outside the house triggers my anxiety and I’m not sure where I could get help also Thankyou for your message it means a lot
Hi Indya it sounds like it could be the start of Agoraphobia (fear of the open market)
The fear is coming from the same issue whether in your home or outside. What happened
back in September that caused Anxiety to start? Something must have triggered this fear. xx
I tested possitive for corona virus and since this I have devopled this and never been the same
Hello, I was also diagnosed with anxiety disorder at 17, I’m now 33. I also have fears of being away from home and my comfort zone. It’s a day by day process but you can and will get better. I still struggle with my anxiety but I’ve learned to be open with the people I’m around so that I don’t have anxiety about having anxiety. You can say no to things that make you uncomfortable. Try to find a therapist, even if it’s through your school. My favorite tip: write it down, all the tiny, stupid, insignificant, fearful thoughts you have. Getting it out is therapeutic, it seems silly but it works. Then tear it up or throw it away, that way you’re truthful and not afraid of someone reading it.
And remember: “If it costs you your peace, then it’s too expensive” - Anonymous
If you have any questions for me, I’m an open book at this point, feel free to ask, I know it can be scary and daunting in the beginning stages of anxiety.
