Try your best and never give up. If you are actively pursuing to live good, it’ll get better even if you fall sometimes, there are people who can drop a rope to reach you and help pull you out. Believe in yourself, we’re here to help you
It’s ok. I’ve done that a couple of times. I feel compelled to respond to people who are in pain. Sometimes I just don’t know what to say or how to say it but I want to help so much.
That's a great description big what having anxiety is like, sometimes it's just holding on until the strength of the flow eases and you can try and get onto firmer ground. It's just not easy but maybe it helps to remember that you've probably felt like this before and then its eased again. I'm feeling like that today too. I'm going to things that I know can help, even if temporary, positive podcasts, music and a chat with my sister... I share your pain 💜
