All over itching

Please help. I am getting itching moving all over. Had it years ago but just hands. So worried it is something else. Googled it and scared myself sick. Can our stress cause this. No rush or spots. Anyone else.

Yes, stress can absolutely cause it. I went through something similar about 10 years ago. Doctors ran all kinds of tests for everything imaginable. Turns out, I was going through a very stressful time and they told me it was likely due to stress. Once I worked on the stress, the itching went away. I hope this helps.
