My husband suffers from anxiety and depression and is currently seeking help. How do I stand by him but not let this destroy my marriage?

I would suggest that you simply do your best to love and support him. The fact that he’s seeking help shows that he cares and wants to get better! He’s on the right path! As his spouse, you can play a very important role in helping him. Love, encouragement and positivity goes a long way :)

It’ll be okay :)

I wish you and your husband the best!

That's good that he's seeking help. Just stand by him and give him plenty of support.

First please understand how real this is and it is terrifying. You just want to love them out of it, but in all honesty you cannot. However it seems you are so loving and that love will help him to manage his Anxiety. Knowing he can lean on you without feeling he is a burden will help him tremendously. I will be praying for you both! You got this!

Is he doing things to destroy the marriage?

Keep in mind that this is when he needs you most. When all is said and done and all this is over, what do you want people to remember about you in this situation? That you stood in the gap and stood by him? Or the alternative?
