Good: I watch the news and feel more normal. Bad: I watch the news to feel more normal.

Being locked down during COVID and living in L.A. by myself, my tv 📺 has become a beloved friend. Fortunately I

do have human friends and a therapist

and some family and supportive people in group but I’m a news junkie. I’m totally aware that I have ADHD and I am bipolar

So I mix up watching the news with watching animal planet shows and pbs for music I love like Santana. Also tho I do procrastinate at times I’ve been looking 4 Jobs and am starting a three day a week

Job on Tuesday. Yes TV can get too be a little too much but I also listen to music I

Like do deep breathing exercises and

Visualization and financially my back is against the wall and will need to move

to a cheaper place within the next few months. It’s an extremely challenging

time we R going thru and I’m sure it’s

difficult 4 U. We need to dig deep which I know can be hard at times and push hard every day. Of course things happen and we

All have our bad days. Trust me I’ve had

plenty of them and it can be draining as well. Wishing U good karma and hugs 🤗

I’m here 4 U. Shnookie

I really enjoyed reading your reply and can relate to so much of it! Thanks for the support too :) I watch lots of news videos on my phone and sometimes fall asleep to them....I have little family and friends and with covid and living in a big city too it’s not like you can talk to people like before, and with no stimulus and rents remaining the same there is an added layer of anxiety. Sending good vibes your way, Thanks for your kindness.
