Weird

For the last couple of weeks I been having alot of anxiety from the wife leaving worrying about if she's going to come back or not last night was bad and most of today was too I was doing alot of praying just to make it go away I was getting tired of that panic feeling in the pit of my stomach and the intense heart beat in my chest and up into my neck plus the lack of sleep if it kept up much longer I was going to have to seek meds from a doc or I was even thinking of getting a drink. But on the way driving to work I got this overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility and that everything was going to be ok and all the anxiety went away instantly I was such a relief . it had to been spiritual I never experienced anything like it. I hope last so I can get some sleep .
