How do I fight with Depression?

I have been suffering from depression for 4 months. Toxic relationship, relationship with parents, family conflicts, and career decisions brought me to a state where I no longer want to live. I just can't take this pain anymore.

I need help. I want to live my life and be the person I was earlier. Please help me.

hi,have you spoken to your Gp,often they can prescribe some anti-depressants or a therapist,though I know that you will find that difficult with this Virus.... I feel that you need a confidante or even coming on HU can provide some answers.......

I know how you feel. my family is very toxic as well i feel like i have no way out
